"BAHCO 4-PIECE SCREWDRIVER REDEMPTION OFFER"


TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Bonus Bahco 4 piece Screwdriver set B219.004 with any purchase of Bahco products to the value of $100 or more in one transaction from a participating authorised Bahco Australia retailer/dealer
  1. The promoter is SNA E Australia (A Division of Snap-on Tools Australia Pty Ltd) ABN 55 010 793 683, 43 Enterprise Circuit, Prestons, NSW 2170. Bahco is a registered trademark of SNA Europe. (Promoter).
  2. Information on how to claim the bonus forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating you accept these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Offer is open to residents of Australia. All employees or immediate family members of the promoter and of hand tools or power tool retailers are ineligible to claim.
  4. Only one bonus permitted per household.
  5. The bonus is 1 (one) Bahco B219.004 Screwdriver Set valued at RRP $35.00. (“the gift”)
  6. The offer commences on 1st September 2020 to 31st October 2020 (“Offer Period”) and can be redeemed online until 7th November 2020.
    7. To be eligible to claim the gift, claimants must have purchased Bahco product(s) to the value of $100 or more in one transaction from a participating authorised Bahco Australia dealer/retailer between the offer period. A list of participating stores can be found inside the online redemption form at www.bahco.com.au/redemption-screwdrivers
  7. All redemption(s) must be made online at www.bahco.com.au/redemption-screwdrivers or https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/B219004. Claimants must correctly complete the online redemption form and are required to upload a copy of a valid tax invoice as proof of purchase, which clearly show details of the invoice number, invoice date, store of purchase, Bahco product(s) purchased and price.
  8. The gift will be sent to the store of purchase. An email will be sent notifying claimant when the gift is despatched to store.
  9. Please allow 45 days for delivery of the gift.
  10. The gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  11. Not available in conjunction with any other offer.
  12. The promoter accepts no responsibility for claims not properly completed or received. Claims that are illegible, incomplete or received by the promoter after the closing date are declared void.
  13. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the bonus item for a gift of equivalent value, subject to legislation, at its discretion in the event of happenings beyond its control. The bonus item, or its equivalent, is not exchangeable, transferable nor redeemable for cash.
  14. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims, and reserves the right to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim which does not comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to produce the original receipt(s) for a redemption(s) when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the promoter, result in invalidation of some or all of the claimants’ redemption(s) and forfeiture of any right to some or all bonus item(s). If there is a dispute as to the validity of any redemption(s), the promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter and its related bodies corporate (including their officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of any redemption, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim for redemption that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the promoter; (d) any variation in bonus item value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by the claimant; or (f) use of the bonus item(s).
  16. The promoter collects personal information in connection with this promotion in order to conduct the promotion. The promoter may, for the purpose of conducting this promotion, disclose such information to third parties, including agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers and, as required, to regulatory agencies. Participation is conditional on providing this information.
